Kylee Henderson

CUSA Staff Coach

I recently moved to the area to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UD. I have played and been obsessed with soccer my entire life, playing competitively into college. Now I stay involved through adult coed leagues and coaching. I also love hiking, mountain biking, playing spike-ball, and skiing!

Coaching Philosophy

With the younger players, my goals are to instill a love for the game, build a solid technical foundation while encouraging creativity, and most importantly be a role model for how to act on and off the field.

With older players, I love to play and coach a possession style game and emphasize the importance of mental toughness and grit.

Quote

“What it comes down to is intense desire. To get this winning edge, you need to build an indomitable will. This means you must be relentless; you must never give up.” -Anson Dorrance
