This camp is the perfect ways for newly formed teams or teams with new players to bond, gel and get to know each other.
At the Pre-Season Camp players will be put through a week of intense training to prepare themselves for upcoming season.
As well as fitness work the players will have to get to grips with key aspects of the Game Model (how the team plays) in order to be able to hit the ground running once the season starts.
Those players that want to be the best, need to attend Pre-Season Camp and give their best.
Monday - Anaerobic Fitness (with the ball) and Defending from the Front
Tuesday - Building out of the Back
Wednesday - Anaerobic/Aerobic Fitness (with the Ball) 1v1/2v2/3v2
Thursday - Switching Play
Friday - Aerobic Fitness (with a ball) Defending 1v1 & as a Back Four
