Coaching Philosophy

I like to coach my teams to be technically sound in any situation. Possession is of the utmost importance. It is crucial that we keep our shape defensively. When we lose possession, we will win the ball back within six seconds. We will play a very dynamic attacking style of soccer. Players are encouraged to take risks offensively and to not be afraid to make a mistake. I'm concerned with how quickly you recover from your mistake. Players will have the knowledge to know what to do in any situation they may encounter during a game. We will outwork our opponents for the entire match. Most importantly is player development, success and enjoyment.
