CUSA is a United Soccer Coaches Member Club
CUSA is delighted to announce that it has partnered with United Soccer Coaches to become a partner club and benefit from all that this fantastic organisation has to offer.
CUSA coaches attended the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Chicago in January 2019 as it is unquestionably the largest and best Coaches Convention in the world and provides hundreds of learning opportunities each year for the attendees.
Well this year CUSA were there, in a formal capacity, as a Member Club.
United Soccer Coaches has been supporting the Soccer Coaching Community since 1941 and provides excellent opportunities for coaches to improve themselves in terms of coaching education and professional development.
As you know, CUSA believes resolutely that "Great Coaching equals Great Players" and what better way to help our players reach their full potential than by helping to improve and develop their coaches.
Why did CUSA become a United Soccer Coaches Member Club?
Professional Development and Retention.
By providing benefits and opportunities to our coaches, we encourage and allow them to continue their development as teachers of the game, which directly impacts the players themselves.
A coach who feels supported is more likely to stay with their club in the long term, which provides the players with consistency during a crucial time in their development.
A happy coach equals a happy club.
The Member Club program allows CUSA to differentiate ourselves from others clubs in the Dayton area.
The United Soccer Coaches has been around for 75+ years, and has an outstanding reputation for providing professional development, coaching education, and coaching resources.
By becoming a Member Club, we have demonstrated our commitment to professional development, coaching education and player development.
This is a key philosophical belief of CUSA as part of our CUSA DNA.
The tangible benefits and discounts included make it much more financially feasible to provide educational courses, and send coaches to the annual Convention as well as having access to a lot of eLearning and additional opportunities.
